Supporting Families, Strengthening Connections With 15 years of experience in the secondary school system, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of families and youth through life’s challenges. I understand that parents and teenagers often have different needs and perspectives, and sometimes, a neutral third party can create a safe space for open and productive conversations. My approach is built on trust, connection, and confidentiality. I strive to bridge the gap—helping teens feel heard and understood while guiding parents toward deeper empathy and communication. Any private discussions remain confidential; I won’t share anything without your consent. Whether you’re navigating conflict, life transitions, or simply seeking better understanding, I welcome all family systems with openness and care.
